Finance Director
Work Location: Shanghai City
As the Finance Director you will be leading all Finance activities within Emerging Markets China. You will report to the Finance Director of Emerging Markets. You will be based in Shanghai China.
Key responsibilities in this role are to lead the finance operations and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and legal requirements, You will also manage group reporting in accordance with ASSA ABLOY rules and prepare business plans, budgets, and accurate forecasts. You need to drive activities to improve company performance and identify cost savings. You will be responsible for business controlling with KPI’s accurately to follow business performance and communicating to stakeholders.
You will also be the person to design and implement an internal control framework to ensure compliance, and support internal and external audits. You will oversee finance-related IT systems.
You will lead teams that cover controlling & accounting functions, and you will have 4-5 direct reports. Most of them are based in Shanghai and Changshu.

We trust you have a university degree in Finance and at least 5 years of experience in managing a Finance organization at an international company, preferably in a matrix environment.
A high level of English, written and spoken, is also required for this role.
